AKICON RANT
Holy crap bro. Akicon was terribly run. There was no one staffing the Artists' Alley in case anyone needed anything. It was in a parking garage so there was terribad lighting, and no electricity, even though they'd asked you if you wanted it in the contract. They also asked for seating specifications, but when we arrived, we learned that it was actually first come, first serve! And, because of that, a lot of people lost their spots when they came back Saturday morning! Because that's totally not rude!

Along with us in the parking garage was the vendor's hall and the gaming center, which was really, really loud. There were also no signs upstairs to indicate that AA/E-Hall/Gaming Center were downstairs. Cool, right? Sales were so terrible that the vendor's hall closed early Saturday! WOW! I've never heard of that happening at a con before!

I can't say anything for what happened upstairs, I rarely left my table. I heard the dance was pretty cool.

ALL IN ALL, unless they move it, I probably won't sell at Akicon next year. :I If they're looking for location suggestions, I can't post on the forums, so someone link to this PLEASE.

Otherwise I had a great time seeing people I see pretty much once a year. I also met some great new dA bros ;A;



Oh yeah my webcomic should start up this Friday. Doop.
